Reports and reported information can be provided in a number of formats including, email, facsimile, telephone, face to face, CD-ROM (post) or paper (post), but these can only be set up or amended inside working hours.
The Web Tool allows users to access their reports via the internet using a standard browser at a time that is convenient to them. Invaluable to users who are often on the move.
The Web Tool runs on a SSL (128bit encrypted) platform and is accessible from almost anywhere. Registered users are able to run their own ad-hoc reports, set up or view scheduled reports or even manage their own team, department or extension ranges.
Web Tool users have access to a number of pre-agreed report templates that will be unique to each customer's needs. Using the four main service areas as a guide, suitable reports can be chosen from the existing suite of report types. If access to previously run reports is required then the user need not worry about downloading them permanently to their workstation or laptop, as the reports are stored at Eurocom's data centre.
Running reports is simple and straight forward once the user is familiar with the interface. Help files and example information help to guide the user in the right direction, whilst telephone support is also available.
